How to make a reservation
To book your ticket, select your times in the search module at the top of the page, according to the arrival or departure of your plane.
- Enter your departure and arrival points and confirm.
- Book online with secure payment.
- You'll receive your e-ticket by e-mail, so all you have to do is print it out and put it in your suitcase, or present the e-ticket on your smartphone!

Please note that if you do not have your E-ticket, we cannot guarantee availability on board the vehicles.

How do I pay for my reservation?
You can pay for your ticket online.
Once you have chosen your ticket, proceed to payment by credit card by filling in your credit card details. Payment is secure.

What should I do if I have problems booking online?
If you encounter any problems with your booking, there are several solutions: try again using a different web browser.
If this still doesn't work, please call us on +33(4) 92 20 47 50.
If you do not receive your order confirmation by e-mail, please check your "spam" folder, as the message may have been sent there.

How do e-tickets work?
E-tickets must be presented to the driver on a cell phone, or you can print them out.

What documents do I need to present when the bus leaves?
Tickets must be shown to board the coach, and proof of identity is required on board, in the event of checks between France and Italy.

Are coaches accessible to people with reduced mobility?
If you have reduced mobility, you can travel with our coaches. Just let us know by e-mail info@linkbus-alps.com or by phone 04.92.20.47.50

Are dogs allowed on the bus?
Dogs are allowed, on a leash and muzzled, at the driver's discretion.
